And you need not step into a gym for this purpose. Basic exercises such as skipping, push-ups, jumping jacks or a combination of the three prove to be more than sufficient. Raising the heart rate is essential as it only helps build stamina but also increases the amount of calories you burn in a day.

  2. Gym training – An exercise routine in a gym could be the next step in the men’s health improvement section. The basic exercises shall help increase your energy levels to get into the strenuous routine of cardiovascular workouts and proper weight training routines. An early morning visit to the gym shall help burn more fat than usual as the body generally holds fewer carbohydrates and sugar when you wake up.

  3. Bicycle rides – This is a morning exercise routine as well but as a routine for men’s health it may prove to be a bit difficult. The problems that arise are mainly due to the logistics involved i.e. where to store the bike, where to have a shower after the bike ride, etc. Bicycle rides prove to be quite effective as they not only burn calories, but also increase your stamina and you can save on fuel expenses for your car.
